Cancelling an Order
You may ask to cancel an order before production, fulfillment, or shipment begins. When a cancellation is approved, we will refund the full amount paid to the payment method used at checkout.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. Once your parcel arrives, you may request a return under the conditions set out below.
Requesting a Return
MYBYTODO accepts eligible return requests made within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, your item must:

Remain unused and in its original condition.

Be returned with its original packaging.

Include a receipt or another valid form of proof of purchase.
Before sending anything back, contact service@mybytodo.com. Our customer support team will provide the return instructions and the address you should use.
Please do not send returns directly to the manufacturer or to an address printed on the original parcel. Use only the return address supplied by our support team.
Where return shipping charges apply, you will not be charged more than once for the return shipment. We do not charge restocking fees.
Reviewing and Issuing Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and email you to confirm receipt. We will also let you know whether your refund request has been approved or declined.
Approved refunds are automatically sent to the original payment method. The time before the credit appears in your account depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
If Your Refund Has Not Arrived
If you have received refund approval but cannot see the funds in your account:

Review your bank or payment account for a recent credit.

Ask your card issuer or payment provider whether the refund is awaiting posting.

Check with your bank to confirm whether additional processing time is required.
